All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 17:00 CET will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed timeframes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands
- Free shipping on orders over €150 within Europe
Marbella Noir reserves the right to modify shipping rates and free shipping thresholds at any time.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international carriers including PostNL, DHL, and UPS. Carrier selection depends on destination and service availability.
7. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Marbella Noir is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Marbella Noir is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery
- Reshipping fees may apply
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of packaging
We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
11. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
12. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned to us:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
