You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Intimate garments (e.g., bodysuits) for hygiene reasons
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@marbellanoir.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new one.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
